Porcupine who thinks he is a puppy!

This 5 year old male was a pet in a home, and now lives at the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center. This little guy had been given an apple to eat, and seems to act more like a puppy than a porcupine!

It’s weird, how close this is to a Ewok. You can see that he’s smart. Give this 100,000 years, and they are smarter than us. Which would be really cool.

I didn’t realise they were so big, I thought they were hedgehog size. At least it’s happy, or it wouldn’t be getting on its back for you. How big do they get?

I donated $100 to the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center due to this video. I had never heard of them so I went to the website and was really impressed with what they’ve done and continue to do. They seem like an excellent organization.
Thanks for the video. I’m glad Snickers found a permanent home where they’ll look after him.

i’m not normally the touchy feely type. but to see something that most people would shun because of its nature knowing love is simply amazing. gives me hope in people and myself.

thank-you soooooo much desfees for uploading this…i was on the verge of crying from a paper that has been giving me so much trouble with & i just couldnt get anything out…when i saw this video, i completely forgot my worries & just smiled and laughed…afterwards i felt so much better & can finally type something down again ^_^
